- The division of venture capital is clear.
- Permitted for foreigners to become shareholders of CV is the Commanditaire Vennootschap / Limited Liability Company.
The name of the CV is the same as other CVs:
- CV Name allowed to be the same as other CVs.
- Venture capital
placed can be less than IDR 50,000,000. - Share distribution
between the shareholders is not clear.
