PT is a limited liability company:

1. The name of a PT is not allowed to be the same as another PT.
2. PT is automatically registered with the Ministry of Law and Human Rights.
3. The division of venture capital is clear.
4. Permitted for foreigners to become shareholders of CV is the Commanditaire Vennootschap / Limited Liability Company.

The name of the CV is the same as other CVs:

1. CV Name allowed to be the same as other CVs.
2. Venture capital
   placed can be less than IDR 50,000,000.
3. Share distribution
   between the shareholders is not clear.
