have the same type of business, do not cooperate with each other, and do not
creates a conflict of interest. PT is divided into 3 (three) which are distinguished from
basic capital, namely:
PT Small Class
(Authorized capital 50,000,000 to 500,000,000)
PT Middle Class
(Authorized capital 500,000,000 to 10,000,000,000)
PT Big Class
(Authorized capital more than 10,000,000,000)
